Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Remaining balances are due before or upon event arrival unless otherwise arranged in advance. Clients may reschedule once with at least 7 days notice based on availability. Setup requires adequate space, safe access to power, and a level surface for operation. Travel fees may apply outside standard service areas. Blue Ocean Experience is committed to providing a smooth, high-quality event experience. In rare situations, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue limitations, power interruptions, emergencies, or equipment complications may affect services beyond our control. Blue Ocean Experience reserves the right to pause or end services due to unsafe conditions, weather concerns, or venue restrictions that may damage equipment or impact guest safety.
