Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Blue Ocean Experience is committed to providing a professional and memorable event experience. Due to the nature of event scheduling and reserved dates, the following refund policy applies.

Deposits

Deposits are used to reserve your event date and may be non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Depending on the timing of cancellation and event preparation already completed, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Blue Ocean Experience.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an event based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes whenever possible.

Service Interruptions

If unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or emergencies impact service delivery, Blue Ocean Experience will work to provide reasonable accommodations, adjustments, or partial credits when appropriate.

No-Shows

Failure to appear at the scheduled event time without prior communication may result in forfeiture of payments made.

Custom Enhancements & Specialty Requests

Certain custom event enhancements, specialty items, or personalized requests may be non-refundable once purchased, prepared, or ordered specifically for an event.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider used during booking.
