By booking services with Blue Ocean Experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your event date and time. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during booking.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until a deposit or payment has been successfully received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate event information

Ensuring adequate setup space and safe operating conditions

Securing venue approval when required
-
Providing access to electrical outlets if needed
Blue Ocean Experience reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Event Delays & Venue Restrictions
Blue Ocean Experience is not responsible for delays caused by:

Venue restrictions
-
Weather conditions
-
Power interruptions
-
Limited venue access
-
Client or guest interference
-
Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In the event of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to continue or adjust services when possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
Clients requesting reschedules must contact Blue Ocean Experience as soon as possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
Service Quality
Blue Ocean Experience strives to provide exceptional service and a memorable experience for every event. While we make every effort to ensure smooth operation, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect service delivery. In such cases, reasonable accommodations or solutions will be provided whenever possible.
Damage & Misuse
Clients may be held responsible for damages caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior involving equipment, props, or event areas.
Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Blue Ocean Experience may use event photos and video footage for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Ocean Experience shall not be held liable for:

Venue-related issues

Weather interruptions
-
Guest conduct
-
Lost or damaged personal items
-
Indirect or incidental damages related to event services
Safety & Guest Conduct
For the safety of all guests and staff, clients agree to maintain a safe event environment during operation of Blue Ocean Experience equipment and services.
Guests may not:

Climb, jump, or misuse equipment
-
Interfere with staff operation
-
Use equipment in an unsafe manner

Create hazardous conditions around setup areas
Blue Ocean Experience reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if unsafe behavior, dangerous conditions, or venue restrictions place guests, staff, or equipment at risk.
Clients may be held responsible for damages caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or unsafe conduct involving equipment or event areas.
Changes To Terms
Blue Ocean Experience reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Travel Fees
Additional travel fees may apply for events outside of the standard service area. Any applicable fees will be discussed and approved prior to the event date.
